Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-11 · Applies to the IKGames website untitledgame.online and to the games we publish (where a game has its own policy page, that page governs)

Our principle is simple: if we do not need the data, we do not collect it.
This website has no cookies and no analytics scripts, and loads no third-party resources except a trailer you choose to play.
Our games can be played in full without signing in, and saves stay on your device by default. Accounts and cloud saves are optional and opt-in.

1. Per-game privacy policies

The data a game stores and any third-party service it uses are listed, item by item, in that game's own policy.

Optional accounts: if you choose to register or sign in with an email address, we store on our own cloud server your email, a hash of your password, an internal user ID, your cloud save and its last-updated time, and short-lived access logs (IP address, time) kept to prevent abuse. This data is never sold or used for advertising, and you can delete it at any time in the game or by emailing us.

2. This website

No cookies, no visitor analytics, no third-party scripts, fonts or ads.
The trailer on a game page is hosted on YouTube. The page shows only a cover image of our own; only after you press play does your browser load the player from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), at which point Google receives information such as your IP address and handles it under Google's Privacy Policy. If you do not press play, nothing is requested from YouTube.
The language hint stores one value in your browser's localStorage (ugs.lang, containing only zh or en) so that it does not appear again. It is never sent to us.
Server access logs: like every website, our server automatically records the IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier (User-Agent) of each request. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting, are deleted automatically after about 14 days, are not used to identify individuals and are not shared with anyone.

3. Emails you send us

When you email us we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and handle your request, never for marketing, and never pass them to third parties. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

4. Children and minors

Our games are intended for users aged 13 and over and are not directed to children. If you are under 13, please do not register an account. We do not serve personalized ads and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it. See each game's policy for details. 5. Sharing and selling data

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not provide data to anyone except the third-party services named in a game's privacy policy, or where the law compels us to.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. At most we hold your account data (if you registered) and any email you sent us; use the in-game settings or just write to us.

7. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
