Delete your Gulp account
Accounts in Gulp are optional. You only have one if you chose to register with an email address. If you never registered, your save exists only on your own device and uninstalling the game removes it; nothing below is needed.
Option 1: delete it in the game (immediate)
- Open the game and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you only want to erase your cloud progress and keep the account, choose Delete cloud save on the same screen.
Option 2: request deletion by email
If you cannot open the game or have already uninstalled it, email zhipingne@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my Gulp account”. We may reply to confirm the request is really yours, and we will complete the deletion and write back within 30 days of receiving it.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, password hash and internal user ID;
- Your cloud save and its last-updated time.
Deletion cannot be undone. You may register again with the same email address, but your progress will not come back.
What is not deleted, or is kept briefly
- The local save on your device: we do not have it. Uninstall the game or clear the app's data in system settings to remove it.
- Server access logs (IP address, request time): kept for a short period to prevent abuse, then deleted automatically.
- Your email correspondence with us: deleted once your request is handled; where the law requires a record of the request, we keep only the minimum needed.
- Data Google holds for advertising: we do not have it; see the Google Privacy Policy.
