Terms of Use
By downloading, installing or playing our games you agree to these terms. Our games are intended for users aged 13 and over and are not directed to children. If you are under 13, please do not register an account. If you are 13 or older but still a minor, please read these terms with a parent or guardian and play only with their permission. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only. The game and everything in it (art, text, music, code, names and logos) belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
2. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- decompile, reverse engineer, modify or crack the game, or create or distribute cheats and hacking tools, except where the law expressly allows it;
- copy, resell, rent or redistribute the game or its content without our written permission;
- bypass, block or interfere with the ads or technical protection measures in the game;
- use the game for any unlawful purpose.
You are welcome to record, stream and share screenshots and videos of the game, including monetized ones. Just do not present them as official content.
3. Accounts
You can play the whole game without signing in. Accounts are optional, are registered with an email address, and exist to enable cloud saves. If you register an account:
- By registering an account you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are under 13, please do not register. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 13, we will delete it and its cloud save.
- Use an email address you are entitled to use and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using it.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, lent or transferred.
- We may suspend or disable an account and its cloud save if it is used for cheating, attacks or abuse of our services, or in breach of these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game under Settings → Account; see the Delete account page.
Cloud saving is a convenience. We do our best to keep it working but do not promise it will never be lost or interrupted.
4. Virtual items
Coins, cores, items, crew members, progress and the like are part of the game content. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or services, and cannot be transferred or traded outside the game. The game does not currently sell any virtual items. Unless you are signed in, your save is stored only on your device; uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or changing or damaging your device may erase your progress, and we cannot restore it.
5. Advertising
The game is free and includes rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob, which play only when you tap the relevant button. Ad content comes from third parties; we are not responsible for it or for the goods or services it promotes, and any dealings between you and an advertiser are between the two of you. Because of network conditions, region or ad inventory, an ad may sometimes be unavailable, in which case its reward cannot be claimed. See the Privacy Policy for how ads handle data.
6. Updates and availability
We may update or change the content, balance and features of a game at any time, and may suspend or discontinue a game. We do not promise that a game will always be available or that it will work on every device.
7. Disclaimer
The games are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or game progress. Our total liability to you arising from these terms or a game is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that game in the twelve months before the claim arose (which is zero for a free game). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the effective date, and your continued use means you accept the new terms. If you breach these terms, this licence ends automatically and you must stop using and uninstall the game. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. Sections 4, 7 and 8 survive termination.
